straight from Wikipedia.org, "Proposition 8 is an initiative state constitutional amendment on the 2008 California General Election ballot, titled Eliminates Right of Same-Sex Couples to Marry. If passed, the proposition would "change the California Constitution to eliminate the right of same-sex couples to marry in California".

I am for 'NO on PROP 8'.

you don't ban gay marriages just cause you wanna 'protect marriage'. seriously! marriage is about a decision of who you wanna spend the rest of your life with. you dont force someone into a marriage with someone of the opposite sex just cause you dont think it's right to marry someone to the same sex. even if you dont belive in gays, dont ban them.
dont be selfish, dammit! it's people's feelings you're talking about here. even if you don't believe in marriage or love, dont stop someone elses' believes and hopes. I do not discriminate. I accept people for who they are. even if you think you're all that perfect, and that loving someone of the same sex is wrong, then accept their flaws. That way, you'll be better than perfect.
