Lack of sleep may be deadly
People who do not get enough sleep are more than twice as likely to die of heart disease, according to a large British study released on Monday.

time: 4.22a.m
location: USC leavy library
purpose: Study

HAHA! yeahh!!! my last day of exam today! finally after 3days of torturous school. came home after class at 5 yesterday... kinda played for a while... then took a nap frm 8.30-10.30p.m.. woke up half an hr late to catch my top chef.. so had to continue watching for a re-run... finished watching my show at 12mn and realised how dead I was.. havent started on ECONS! omg.. econs is the deadliest subject! haha! I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! such an irony.. but here's the thing. when u love a subject so much.. even though it can be the deadliest thing on earth, you'll still want to devote all the time you've got to study for it. and studying for econs makes me happy! so.... made my way down to school to start studying.. and so, here I am.

the library is the best place when its after 12mn.. so quiet! the only time i can actually get down to studying- when everyone else is asleep.

heehe!!! couple of ppl in the library are sleeping and they're snoring so dmn loud! its funny! but i quite like the sound of snores... ZzzZZzzzZZz

anw, I havent slept for more than 15hrs for the past 4 days...when i'm supposed to be having (8 x 4) 32hrs of sleep. 15/32 x 100% = (count yourself)
so, the chance of me getting a heart problem is more than 50% of the normal population..and if heart problem is the direct causation of death, then my chance of dying earlier than the normal population is higher than 50%. and so... if avg age of death is 80, then I will die before 40. SHIT! i better go study now.. at least if I cannot make it beyond 40yrs old, I wld have more econs knowledge up there. HAHA!!
