11th april today will seem like any other day of the year if it weren't for you guys.
I know I will miss out names, if I were to start naming out all those who've wished me a happy birthday.
so anw,
a HUGE THANK YOUs to all those who remembered my birthday.
emails, sms-es, phone calls (very sweet for the nice birthday song you guys sang for me!) (thousand apologies for missed calls-was either in class or alr asleep), the presence of those who came for last night BBQ, and of course presents!
happiness is receiving birthday wishes through phone calls from spore/melb.
happiness is having a bunch of friends calling you from singapore, singing you a birthday song out loud.
happiness is having a friend who took a bus down all the way to your apt, when she hasn't got any idea where the apt was, and handing you a birthday cake and a pooh personally.
happiness is having a friend who works at a bakery to personally decorate one of the birthday cake for you
happiness is getting tons of birthday msgs through all sorts of sources.
happiness is receiving a poem from an old friend in the mail that reads:
dont get drunk
dont get high
dont fall down
and weep and cry !
happiness is growing a year older and knowing that you still have your friends there with you
somehow, this yr's birthday seems different.. the good way of course.
despite the busy schedule I've had this week, going to school late at night on the day before and on the day itself of my bday, I still had tons of fun nonetheless!
