haha!!! If everyday is to be like today, then life will be too damn good.
okay! anw, today during lunch break, I made new friends again! from helen.
haha! the first batch was from russia and korea. they were guessing where I was from...
funny I tell you! they started with korea... japan... then it goes on to vietnam.. czechs... haha!!! they will nv get it right even if I were to let them guess for a while longer.
then they left for class.. a new batch of friends. all honkies..
they are so damn funny! esp charles and the other guy who told me he loves to cook.
one of them thought I was an ABC. FYI, that is American Born Chinese.
haha! I told her I'm too happy to sleep tonight.
then yar.. they thought I was a jap or korean again... none of them thought I was an indo!
see!!! tt made me feel even more suspicious of where I exactly came from. haha!
I've got another task to complete upon my arrival in spore.
that is to get papa's help to teach me cantonese! oh! I saw his birth cert... he was actually born in hong kong! no wonder he attended high school there.
then I saw his and my grandpa's birth cert. both their surnames on the certs are 'yap' and nt 'tjitra'
then i asked mama why mine is 'tjitra'.
listen[I nv knew this cld happen]: when grandpa wanted to leave china for indo, he wasnt allow to enter indo with the surname tjitra. so, he changed it to 'yap'. dad followed his new surname 'yap'; but in the 1900s, all indos were not allowed to bear any chinese surname. dad changed his surname back to what my grandpa's surname was. so there you go! and you see! I was thinking. amidst of all these changing of surnames, there might be some confusion.. and maybe my surname was suppose to be 'hiro' or 'watanabe' or 'kaneshiro' or 'hikaru' and I'm fine with 'sashimi' or 'wasabi' too. haha!
anw, moving on to a more serious topic.
I'M GONNA START DRIVING NEXT WEDNESDAY!!! I called up Minqi's driving instructor.
he's such an ass! He charged me more expensive cause he said I'm older than minqi! by 20 days only.. okay to be exact, its 24 days only.
nvm.. I'm too excited to even care abt the price.
I will be a good driver and pass on 11 of april 2006! mark this date everyone! all must come and congrats me. hahaha!!!
Life becomes exciting if there's new things to look forward to everyweek.
and plus: being excited will make you look younger.
haha! someone tot I was 15! wahahah!!!!! I shld tell my mum the secret to stay young.
