Oh yesh!!
I've just received an email tt has truly enlightened me. haha!
Suong Nguyen of Santa Monica College sent Valencia Tjitra an International Priority FedEx Envelope.
This shipment is scheduled to be sent on 19APR05.
The sender included the following message:
"Your I-20 and acceptance package will arrive soon."
Okay. Past two days at amore isnt tt bad.
High/low impact aerobics and new body are the more intensive kind of aerobics for toning and fat burning.
really burnt my fats on tuesday. I hope. haha!
today rather relaxing.
had step and sculpt in the morning.
we managed to catch 'guess who' during our long hr breaks
afterwhich, our first half an hr lesson on yoga.
well, I guess its only me who doesnt like doing yoga.
Selene and Chai doesnt mind at all.
I prefer higher intensive exercises.
Yoga is meant to improve flexibility, promotes relaxation, encourages concentration and calms the mind to relax stress.
I am nt one flexible person who can bend around and feel relaxed abt it.
So, while trying to do those flexible movements, I was breaking out in sweats instead.
I can feel my face getting red and hot a couple of times.
neither does it help me to relax my mind cause I was worrying abt nt being able to do those flexibility exercises.
I was trying to concentrate during all the inhaling and exhaling but ended up feeling sleepy instead.
I shall head down to use the gym instead,the next time they go for their yoga class.
But the instructor is nice.
He was telling us abt a movement that his yoga teacher's teacher who is 70 odd yrs old cld do it for more dan two hundred times.
Quite interesting. a yoga teacher has a teacher who has another teacher!! haha!!
Imagine my instructor's grand tutor seeing me do yoga. I'll most probably surprise him with my inflexibility that he'll freak out faint then die. hahaha!!
oh pilates tomorrow. bless me! hope it'll be better than yoga.
hopefully kardio sculpt will be fun too! So I'll know that giving up my kickboxing tomorrow for tt is worth the sacrifice.
Okay okay! off to watch tv!
actually yoga does a little wonder.
My butt doesnt ache tt much.
My thighs doesnt either.
neither is my abdomen area.
ah great! I'm enjoying life so much now.
