1st day!
at amore..
Took the first class of low impact aerobics which started at ten thirty.
I like the instructor.
his name is bong and what's best abt him is tt he's muscular but his voice is so feminine.
beginning was rather amusing when you start doing those steps with the long time tai tai's whose body are much better than selene chai n mine!
haha! so when we first step in for the class we kept fwoah-ing.. haha
Did lots of crunches and tt will make my abdomen hurts tomorrow.
Then there was 3 hrs break.
So 3 of us walked to centrepoint to buy fruits and back to cine to use the gym.
exerscised on this thing which I have no idea what is it called for an hour.
then used the gym equipments and do some weights.
after which we went for our hip hop dance.
my favourite among all.
cause its gets you on the right mood to dance along with mariah carey's 'it's like that' and jenifer lopez's 'get right'
I know I suck at dancing. but the instructor was one hell of a hot woman!
she've got a good bod and naval piercing.
When she started dancing,she lifted up her shirt and tie it up, it was like Ooh-lala!!
eh! it wasnt only me who thought tt way okay! so dont be surprised!
hahahahahaha!!! and she was patient with the students too.
we thought we were bad and has got no co-ordination, but others were somehow worse that she had to go through it again n again.
thanks to st nicks for teaching us how to dance the family dance and those line dances. haha!! I guess it helped.
Then chai had to leave right after that for her dental appointment so Selene and I went rightwawat for our kickboxing.
That was a real high intensive workout and I almost collapsed halfway I think.
We jumped non stop along with the not-but-sounds-very-techno music and when all the punching and kicking starts, it gets worse.
The instructor was good too. but then he's only a replacement for that particular lesson.
But yar, kickboxing is the best exercise for anyone to de-stress or to vent anger on.
I'm neither stressed nor hating anyone right now.
anyway, two of us were out of breathe by the time we ended the whole session.
No wonder they say,calories will continue to burn an hr after the workout has ended.
overall, was great!
cant wait for tomorrow!
